Activity Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Express Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement
I affirm that I am fully aware and understand the inherent hazards and risks associated with BDSM, sadomasochism, sexual activity, and other intimate or physically demanding interactions. I understand that these activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risk, including but not limited to bodily injury, trauma, or death.
I acknowledge that no activity is risk-free, and that not all risks can be predicted, mitigated, or eliminated.
I enter this space under the principles of:

Assumption of Risk

Consent & Participation

Consent is reversible at any time, specific to each activity, and invalid under coercion, pressure, or impaired judgment. I agree to immediately stop any activity if consent is withdrawn.
Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am not relying on the event, organizers, or other participants for my safety. I am responsible for my own risk assessment, preparation, and aftercare needs. I will only engage in activities within my knowledge, skill level, and negotiated agreements.
Safety
I understand that safety in this environment is collective but individually owned. I will respect any Dungeon Monitors or event staff as risk mitigators, not guarantors of safety, immediately stop activity if instructed, and act with care and accountability toward others.
Sex & Risk Disclosure
I acknowledge that certain activities carry heightened risk of STI transmission and physical harm. I am responsible for my own sexual health practices, protection, and disclosures. I agree to engage in risk-aware sexual behavior, including the use of protection where appropriate.
Waiver, Release, and Indemnity
I fully understand that I am voluntarily participating at my own risk. I waive any claims against the property owners, organizers, or participants, and accept full responsibility for any harm caused by my actions. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners and organizers from any claims resulting from my participation.
